Victoria Park Lake Precinct is a highly regarded location for residents and visitors to the region to relax, socialise and exercise. The area has many features with the likes of the SAM, walking tracks, the Skate Park, events space and family precinct.

Following a review of Council’s Masterplan and in response to community requests, Council is investigating the current lighting priority of the Skate Park and is seeking community input.

As part of this investigation, Council seeks to understand if lighting of the Skate Park at Victoria Park Lake creates a safe, usable and attractive facility with feedback being used to potentially inform future budget and funding proposals.
