In August 2024, Greater Shepparton City Council launched the Customer Service Outreach Program — a mobile initiative designed to bring Council services closer to the community.

By placing friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service staff at local Neighbourhood Houses, we’ve made it easier for residents to:
