Greater Shepparton City Council invites young artists and creators aged 12 to 25 to participate in an exciting opportunity to design a mascot that will represent Council-led youth events and initiatives.
This is your chance to showcase your creativity and help shape the visual identity of Council’s youth programs across the region.
Prizes for the Winner
The winner will receive:
- Public recognition of their talent and contribution to Council’s youth initiatives
- A fully funded professional digital design training session with an experienced industry designer
- A $200 gift card to support your creativity journey
Selection Criteria
The winner will be selected by a panel of Council officers and youth committee members according to the following criteria:
- creativity and originality (30%)
- potential for branding and usability (25%)
- visual appeal (20%),
- clarity of concept (15%)
- effort and presentation (10%)
How to submit
Participants can:
- Upload their design via the online form below (scan or photo of artwork), or
- Submit a hard copy at one of our partner locations (see the full list of locations below)
All participants must complete and submit this form below, even if you choose to deliver your artwork in person. Your entry will not be eligible unless the form is received by the deadline.
