This is a paid performance opportunity for emerging and aspiring professional artists working in music, dance, theatre, spoken word and performance-based art forms.
We are looking for young people who:
- are aged 14-25 years;
- live, study or rehearse locally;
- are emerging artists, students, or early-career professionals;
- are interested in performing in public event; and/or
- are open to being part of a supportive, youth-led creative environment
You do not to be “fully professional”. Passion, commitment and readiness to perform are what matter most.
Selected artists will:
- Perform as part of a youth-focused performance program at Converge on Goulburn 2026
- Receive payment for their performance (details confirmed upon selection)
- Receive support and guidance from Amplify Youth Committee
- Have the opportunity to connect with other young artists and to access space for practice
- Be invited to learn more about the Amplify Youth Committee and future opportunities
This paid opportunity is open to solo artists or groups.
Expressions of interest open at 9am on Monday 2 February 2026 and close at 11:59pm on Sunday 1 March 2026. Entries cannot be accepted after the closing date.
