What was it all about?

The Empowering Communities Project was a unique funding opportunity for community projects, activities, or initiatives. Ideas were eligible for funding from $1,000 to $100,000.

Empowering Communities funding aimed to support community-designed and delivered initiatives that took an innovative approach to address local issues around community safety, connection, access and support. Anyone or any organisation with an idea to help make Greater Shepparton a better place were eligible.
