We are developing a Draft Customer Service Strategy and Charter 2024-2028 and are seeking the community's feedback on their expectations and ideas on the way we deliver Customer Service. This will assist us to define our goals, service standards, charter, and communication channels.
The purpose of this consultation is to ensure we are collecting relevant information that will guide our Customer Service Action Plan.
