Stage 2 Community Consultation has now closed and Council thanks all those that have provided valuable feedback and suggestions on the draft Concept design.

Feedback was provided through several means including:

The final concept will now be prepared, drawing on these consultation outputs and is anticipated that the final design will be released to the public in early January 2026.

Our previous consultation was about the draft concept design for the Bike Jump Park, which has been designed to offer something for riders of all levels. The concept includes a 100-metre asphalt pump track featuring beginner and intermediate features alongside a dedicated beginner skills trail with dirt, timber, and rock elements to help riders build confidence and technique.

The primary feature of the park is the comprehensive dirt jump zone, offering beginner, intermediate and advanced with multiple transition options for creativity and progression.

Complementing the riding areas, the design incorporates landscaping and a central social gathering space, creating a welcoming environment for spectators and the wider community to enjoy.

During this stage of consultation, you had the opportunity to review the draft concept design above and provide feedback and suggestions to help shape the final concept design.
